Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance withsection 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement. Your listingshave been removed.Funds will not be transferred to you but will beheld in your account while we work with you to address this issue.
why is this happening?
we found that your current selling account is related to a differentselling account created in {(DATE: MM/ YYYY} that violated ourMultiple Account policy
(https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801) and was thereforedeactivated.As a result, you may no longer use the current selling
account to sell on Amazon.com.
How do l reactivate my account?
ln order to reactivate this selling account, please follow the stepsbelow:
1.You must first reactivate the related account by submitting an
appeal.Please follow the instructions in the communication receivedfor that account.
2.once you have successfully reactivated that account, pleasesubmit an appeal to reactivate the current Selling account, by usingthis link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/customer-
experience/perf-notifications.html. When submitting the appeal, youwill need to provide us with the name of the account that was
reactivated and the date of reactivation.
what if l don't own the separate account(s)?
lf you believe you do not own the separate account(s), please followthe below steps:
1. lf you once owned the account or had account rights but no longerown it or no longer have account rights, please submit an appeal(https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/customer-experience/perf-notifications.html).Provide supporting documentation to show thatyou no longer own it or no longer have any relationship to this
account. Supporting documentation may include sales deed,purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, contracttermination, etc.
How do l send the required information?
To reactivate your account, please visit the Account Health dashboard(https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?
ref=ah_em_ap) and click on the Reactivate My Account button tosubmit necessary information.
what happens if my account is not reactivated?
You have 90 days after receiving this notification to either provide avalid appeal or choose not to appeal.After that time, you may contactdisbursement-appeals@amazon.com to request your funds. We willconduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account.Thepolicies we put in place are to protect our customers and sellingpartners.lf we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, orillegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated ourPolicies, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
